From curated gift bags to interactive games, the event blended fun, connection, and team spirit—sending our dancers off to USIR with love, laughter, and Midwest magic.

To celebrate Gamma Phi Beta’s 150th anniversary in Syracuse, I led the design and execution of an unforgettable evening filled with elegance and sisterhood. From gold accents and lush florals to a glowing projection of our 150th logo, every detail honored our legacy. The venue was transformed into a space where tradition met celebration—creating the perfect setting to reflect, connect, and toast to 150 years of love, loyalty, and lifelong bonds.

As part of Gamma Phi Beta’s 150th Celebration Committee, I helped plan a weekend-long event in Columbus, OH—complete with dine-around dinners, excursions, a historical museum, and a stunning gala. From venue selection and vendor coordination to designing elegant décor and managing volunteers, every detail celebrated 150 years of sisterhood, service, and legacy with style, sentiment, and unforgettable moments.

The Fenton Ballet Theatre Nutcracker Tea was a holiday dream brought to life in soft pinks and golds. I had the joy of helping create a whimsical, festive atmosphere filled with Nutcracker-themed décor, sweet treats, and charming performances from the cast. Guests were transported to the Land of Sweets in a celebration full of tradition, community, and seasonal magic—a truly enchanting way to ring in the holidays.

Gamma Phi Beta’s 150th celebration in Alma, MI honored 40 years of sisterhood at Epsilon Beta. With over 80 attendees, the evening featured a keynote from Past International President Ann Bronsing, performances by the Alma College Choir and Kiltie Dancers, a chapter history display, and a fundraiser raffle for the Gamma Phi Beta Foundation. A meaningful tribute to our legacy and the bonds that continue to unite sisters across generations.

As the event planner for the MI Celtic Classic, I produce two Highland dance competitions each year—blending cultural tradition with seamless execution. From venue coordination and scheduling to custom awards and meaningful touches, each event is thoughtfully designed to honor the dancers, families, and legacy of Highland dance. It’s a true celebration of artistry, community, and the details that make every moment matter.

The day began with brunch at the Detroit Institute of Arts, followed by a mural project in Milwaukee Junction, and ended with food trucks and karaoke at Eastern Market. Blending service and celebration, the event honored our legacy while showcasing the power of art and connection in the heart of the city.

Inspired by the Roaring 20s and Frank Lloyd Wright, the event featured a high tea, themed receptions, and the debut of a custom event app. From thoughtful décor to community connection, every detail was designed to honor the past while dancing boldly into the future.

Bubbles & Baubles was the perfect finale to a weekend filled with elegance and energy. Guests arrived in glamorous 20s-inspired attire and danced the night away under sparkling lights. With vintage touches, festive sips, and joyful celebration, the evening brought the Roaring 20s theme to life in style.
